We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Return

- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return using the provided return label
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return your original purchase following standard return procedures
- Place a new order for your desired size
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Accessories
- Sale items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
International Returns
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
